Get found and look good
Your stay has a story. A listing card flattens it into a price and a thumbnail. Traxn gives you a real website you can write in your own voice, and you build it by pointing and clicking.
Your site is made of blocks. Click a block on the page and a panel opens beside it with two tabs, Content and Style. Change the words, swap the photo, pick the padding and the colours. No code, no technical skills needed.
New accounts start with six pages already written and laid out: Home, About, Our rooms, Contact, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. You are editing a finished site, not staring at a blank screen.
Hero, stay highlights, split feature, photo mosaic, host intro, quote banner, a day here, house rules, room teaser, gallery, description, amenities, story, testimonials, location and FAQ. Add what fits your house and leave the rest.
The navigation is a block too. Turn the logo on, upload yours, set its size and edit the links. Your name sits at the top of every page.
Upload from your phone or laptop straight into a block or a room. Add alt text as you go so search engines and screen readers know what the picture shows.
Minimal, Warm, Modern or Rustic. Each theme sets the fonts, colours and corner softness across the whole site so it stays coherent even when you are in a hurry.

Every published site ships structured data that matches what is on the page, a sitemap, robots rules, a canonical URL that prefers your own domain, and llms.txt files so AI assistants can quote you correctly.
Take bookings
This is the part hosts think is hard. It is not. You add your rooms once, set a deposit percentage, and guests can book and pay without leaving your website.
Add each room with photos, a description, a nightly or per person rate, how many guests it sleeps, and how many of that room you have. Two identical cottages are one room type with a quantity of two.
Guests pick dates and a group size and see what is genuinely free. Confirmed and deposit paid stays hold their nights, so the calendar tells the truth.
If a group is larger than one room sleeps and you have more of that room type free, Traxn suggests booking two or three of them together and prices the whole thing.
Checkout opens on your own page. The guest pays the deposit you set, the payment signature is verified on our server, and only then do the dates lock. Traxn takes 0% commission on the stay.
Keep a listing running if you want to. Block those dates on the room and they disappear from your own availability, so nobody gets double booked.
Some guests want to ask first. The enquire button on your site captures their name, dates, group size and message, and drops them straight into your CRM as a new lead.
Keep your guests
A guest who found you through a marketplace belongs to the marketplace. A guest who booked on your site belongs to you. Traxn gives you somewhere warm to keep them.

Not every guest arrives through a form. Somebody calls, somebody messages on WhatsApp. Add them as a contact in a few seconds and they join the same pipeline.

Run the day

The editor
Select any block on your page and its settings appear beside it. Words and photos live under Content. Background, text colour, padding and alignment live under Style. There is nowhere to type code, which means there is nothing to break.
The booking
Guests search dates and group size, see only what is really free, and pay your deposit through Razorpay without leaving your site. If a group is too big for one room and you have more of that type, Traxn offers them two.

A room is a bookable space with its own photos, description, rate, guest capacity and quantity. If you have three identical cottages, that is one room called Cottage with a quantity of three. Traxn works out what is free on any given night from your bookings and your manual blocks.
Yes. If a group is bigger than one room sleeps and you have more of that room type available, Traxn suggests booking two or three together and prices the whole booking as one.
Dates are only held after a payment signature is verified, and availability is checked again at the moment of payment. Nights held by confirmed or deposit paid bookings, and any nights you block by hand, are removed from what guests can see.
Yes. You choose the deposit percentage for your property and every booking uses it. The guest sees both the full stay total and the deposit due now before they pay.
